We are sad to announce that Memory & Psychological Services will be closing permanently on June 30, 2025. Unfortunately, rising costs and poor insurance reimbursement rates have made it financially impractical to remain open.

Once the office is closed, your medical records will be stored with Dr. Chelsea Meng and will be available for a minimum of 7 years. Information regarding how to access your records in the future will be posted here. Each provider will also have access to their patient’s records.
