Jill Fulton, LISW-S, LICDC

Therapist

Jill is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and comes to us with 30 years of experience in mental health, medical, and chemical dependency.  She has worked in a variety of settings such as private practice, hospitals, mental health centers, and chemical dependency facilities.  She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and her Master’s of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Louisville, Kentucky.  She has an Independent License in Social Work with supervisory endorsement. She has an independent license in chemical dependency counseling from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board since 1993. She is a certified leadership coach. She has additional certifications in mediation and critical incident stress debriefing. Some of her practice interests include individual, couples, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, conflict mediation, chemical dependency, and administration/supervision. She works with older adolescents through adults.
 
Jill sees clients who struggle with a variety of issues including (but not limited to): Workplace issues (EAP), relationships, divorce/separation, adjustment issues, mood disorders, grief, chronic illness, aging issues, caregiver stress, co-dependency, adult children of alcoholics (ACOA) issues, and substance abuse. She sees employees in individual, couple/marital, family or group settings.
